PARTICULARS OF ORGANIZATION:
Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh having its office at Barrack # 93, Secretariat 4-B, Opposite Sindh Assembly Building, Court Road, Karachi, is a department working for betterment and development of Youth of Sindh province with focus on Social Cohesion & Social Empowerment, Economic Empowerment, Civic Participation and Political Empowerment in pursuance of Sindh Youth Policy, 2018.
FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
YOUTH ACTIVITIES:
Providing various youth development activities across the province of Sindh through its Directorate and in collaboration with Youth-Led & Youth-focused organizations, such as Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Competitions, Festivals etc.
EXECUTION AGENCIES FOR YOUTH ACTIVITIES:
Directorate of Youth Affairs having its office at Youth Development Center, ST-42, Block – 15, Gulistan e JOhar Karachi, NGOs and other non-commercial organizations working for youth development.
FOCUSED POPULATION:
Residents of Sindh Province between the ages of 15 years to 29 years.
